Baked ham glazed with maple syrup doesn't require that extra layer of sugar during that last 10 minutes of cooking.
Result.
Christmas head chef standing in smoke-filled kitchen doing his best to scrape molten burnt sugar from the base of a roasting dish 30 minutes before Christmas meal.
At least it wasnt boring ...our hound opened DDs gift for her...without permission I might add!!...we learnt the hard way not to leave food of any discription near him after he ate a whole tin of fudge one year..that would be ALCOHOLIC fudge!! I have just been laughing out loud at your previous post we also get one of "those" letters 3 daughters doing wonderful things saving mankind & curing cancer stuff I cope by composing my own letter which I never send one year had part reading "eldest now working for The Finks!!"..hehehe

ReplyDeleteYes, yes ... stormtrooper helmets much better than blocks. We have found that you need to perform choking first aid to recover those.
