A farming success.

Two weeks ago my assistant decided it was time to harvest the crops down in the Lower 40

There was much dirt scattered as these beauties were uncovered.

On reflection the harvesting may have been a bit premature, the largest of these was about 2.25 cm and the smallest about .5 cm

  1. Well they say small potatoes are nicer! Though I dread to think what would happen here if our little Assistant decided to dig a few earlies...

  3. Maybe your assistant decided to have a crack at farming those pricey baby vegetables?

  4. Not sure a green pawed assistant is the greatest help on the Lower 40. I hope you savoured every last tiny mouthful of her harvest.

Thought you'd gone very quiet. Glad it's nothing at all to do with Australia's drubbing in their first World Cup match.....just saying.

  6. New potatoes cooked in their jackets and served with a little salt and butter...nothing better! Good work, Assistant :)

  7. Could you please convert that to inches for those of us who are metrically challenged LOL? I'll bet those little beauties are delicious -- I love them when they're little!
