There seems to have been some error in the previous post. My worries about the old man appear to have been erroneous. The cheeky bastard is carrying on like he didn't give me emotional heart failure on Monday.
He is eating like a really hungry horse, weeing and pooing for Great Britain and enjoying a gentle stroll up the lane with CK. His rear end is not necessarily listening to the plans the front half is making and regularly tries to go in a different direction which, in turn, results in regular spontaneous connections with the ground but generally he is annoyingly cheery and perky.
I shall be submitting the invoice for my counselling sessions to his lord and master (that would be CK).
Right then, off to drug him with the glorious Vivitonin and then bed.

Old dog, new tricks?
ReplyDeleteWell that's great news!!!! Happy to have been mislead if it means OMD is on the mend ;o).
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Joy ;o)
Hah. When you get old you are meant to confuse people - at least that's what I tell my children...lol. Yay for OMD - there's plenty of life in the old hound yet.
ReplyDeleteWill he share the vivitonin? Sounds like a drug I could really, really use! So many of my body parts are not entirely reliable these days.
ReplyDeleteI'm with quinn - bring on the vivitonin! Pleased there's been a rally round :)
ReplyDeleteLovely news - hurrah!
ReplyDeleteHere's to a riotously naughty old age for him.
Fantastic News! One of my three dogs is a devil for drama!!! xxx
ReplyDeleteThat is such good news. I hope you and yours have a wonderful 2011. xx
ReplyDeleteAm soo glad to hear it - bless him! Have sent you an email!

I'm a bit late catching up with this one but glad he seems to be okay. Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteOh Gawd. What a rollercoaster. I hope he continues on the hungry horse path (whether his nethers are wobbly or not) for a long time yet.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year xxxx
Hi!! Happy New Year!! Excited to finally find your blog :)
ReplyDeleteOh Good! After reading the previous post, I was a bit worried. I'm so late in my blog reading -- I hope he's still doing well by now. We do love our animals an awful lot, don't we?
